Introduction

HOI4 GFX Generator is a tool designed to simplify the creation and editing of GFX files for the game Hearts of Iron IV (HOI4)

Usage

“GFX & Shine” Tab

• File Selection: Click the "Choose File" button to select one or more files for processing.
• Code Generation: After selecting files, the program automatically generates the corresponding GFX code for each file.
• Copying and Saving: The generated code can be copied to the clipboard or saved to a file by pressing the "Copy" and "Save file" buttons respectively.
• Saving Previous Text: If you want to save the previous text when selecting new files, make sure the "Save previous text" checkbox is checked.
• Support for _idea: if you want to create a GFX file for ideas, then check the “Idea .gfx” checkbox.

“Animated Sprites” Tab

• File Selection: Click the "Choose File" button to select one or more files for processing.
• Parameter Settings: Some parameters, such as "noOfFrames", "loadType", "animation_rate_fps", "pause_on_loop", and others, can be adjusted through the user interface.
• Code Generation: After selecting files and setting parameters, press the "Generate" button to generate the code.
• Copying and Saving: The generated code can be copied to the clipboard or saved to a file by pressing the "Copy" and "Save file" buttons respectively.
• Saving Previous Text: If you want to save the previous text when selecting new files, make sure the "Save previous text" checkbox is checked.

Использование

Вкладка “GFX & Shine”
